Registration Fees Include; Congress documents, access to all scientific sessions and exhibition, coffee breaks, certificate of attendance, exclusive VAT of %20.

PhD students and assistants should be younger than 35 years and they need to provide a valid evidence of their status and birth certificate when registering.
In addition to the congress registration, all participants who have not booked their accommodation through the organization secretariat are required to pay 255.-Euro + VAT of %20 for three days an external attendance fee. External attendance fee includes lunches and unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during meals and at hotel bars are included in All Inclusive concept.

Accommodation Fees Include; three nights accommodation on all-inclusive basis between 28-31 October 2023 at Pine Beach Belek Hotel, exclusiv VAT of %10 and city tax.

Refunds and Cancellations: 50% of registration, accommodation and transfer fees will be refunded for cancellations made before April 8, 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date.
