The 2023 World Academic Congress of Emergency Medicine Crisis Response, Leadership and Management Workshop 26th October and 27th October 2023, Istanbul, Turkey

This workshop will focus on the key leadership aspects needed for an all hazard approach to emergency health care of Chemical, Biological Radiologic/Nuclear and Blast (CBRNE) events. There will be a focus on crisis leadership, incident command system, medical management, ultrasound in mass casualty incidents, team building, and organization within the hospital and with other response agencies. This workshop will feature lectures with tabletop scenarios, small group discussions, and hands on ultrasound training to reinforce learning points.
